Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues across equipment and systems

*

Plan and execute maintenance and repair tasks to minimize downtime and optimize performance

*

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues

*

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement technical solutions

*

Assist in installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems

*

Support new product design initiatives through testing, setup, and performance validation

*

Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and product performance data

*

Mentor junior technicians on technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices

*

Participate in cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise for engineering projects

*

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all technical activities

*

5-7 years of relevant experience in engineering or technical roles

*

Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred

*

Certification in a relevant engineering discipline is a plus

*

Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and systems

*

Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Word/Excel, and electrical test equipment setup

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (DWGs)

*

Experience operating lathes and mills to fabricate precision parts (preferred)

*

Familiarity with plasma cutting processes and controls (preferred)

*

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills

*

Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams

*

Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as required
