A Kaniksu Community Health Revenue Cycle Project Manager is not just responsible for providing excellent customer service. They are committed to providing an excellent patient experience while performing essential clinical or administrative work in a fast-paced, productive environment. YOU ARE an essential team member charged with assisting patients in managing their care at Kaniksu Community Health.
A typical day might include of the Revenue Cycle Project Manager might include;
+ Provide oversight and strategic direction for revenue cycle operations in collaboration with the Revenue Cycle Manager.
+ Lead and manage revenue cycle improvement projects, including workflow redesign, system implementations, and process optimization.
+ Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve cash flow, reimbursement, and operational efficiency.
+ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance tracking for revenue cycle initiatives.
