IAM Senior Project Manager

The role involves working within the CISO’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization to lead complex and transformational initiatives from initiation through successful delivery. The role ensures alignment with organizational objectives, industry best practices, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency goals.

• Strong Project Management expertise within the IAM domain
• Solid knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP environments
• Experience in presenting complex technical and business topics clearly
• Ability to secure alignment, approvals, and strategic direction from stakeholders

• Reasonable knowledge of SAP (in addition to IAM)
• Knowledge of the ADO tool is a good to have

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy
• Manage and maintain the central repository for risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies
• Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy
• Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects
• Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, and team members
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across teams
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices
• Build and contribute to a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability
