Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:
Drive operational efficiency and process improvements, including automation and quality frameworks
Analyze data, workflows, and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Manage end-to-end workflows, including escalations and case resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) to implement solutions
Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and governance standards
Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Strong experience in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
Ability to analyze data, KPIs, and workflows to drive insights and decisions
Experience managing end-to-end operations, escalations, and workflow resolution
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders)
Hands-on experience creating SOPs, documentation, and governance frameworks

Shift: Remote / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $51.46 per hour
