Job Title: Senior PLC Technician / Engineer - Allen Bradley

Location: Remote + 50% travel

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000
*Bonus + ESOP upside

Our client, a leader in electrical engineering and automation solutions, is seeking a Senior PLC Technician / Engineer - Allen Bradley to join their team. As a Senior PLC Technician / Engineer - Allen Bradley, you will be part of the Engineering Support team supporting automation and control systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead programming and configuration efforts on PLC platforms, with a preference for Allen Bradley systems
• Perform detailed functional tests on integrated systems from various vendors
• Handle specialized installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks for automation equipment
• Manage system hardware and software commissioning, inspection, and problem resolution
• Design concept solutions for new PLC systems, including safety and redundancy considerations

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems
• Strong computer, server, and networking skills, along with basic industrial instrumentation knowledge
• Ability to travel to remote customer sites across the United States
• Valid drivers license and ability to pass drug/alcohol screening
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. with a stable work history
