- Support the program manager in conducting all activities, including stakeholder alignment and planning.
- Produce deliverables such as Roadmaps, KPIs, and Financials for key committees composed of top management members.
- Take ownership of several specific initiatives.
- Define the product vision with key stakeholders.
- Identify business needs and facilitate governance.
- Align the product team with central IT.
- Manage risks, quality, and issues.
- Coordinate go-to-market actions.
- Act as a liaison between all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Design the Target Operating Model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product offer and portfolio development.
