Job Description

This role supports supply chain, manufacturing, and quality operations by improving processes, managing materials, and ensuring product quality. The position collaborates cross-functionally to drive efficiency, resolve issues, and support production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize supply chain, logistics, and inventory processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Manage warehouse operations and material inspections.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with suppliers to improve quality and manage nonconforming materials.
• Translate BOMs and ECOs into production and sourcing plans.
• Identify material risks and support alternative solutions.
• Validate and improve manufacturing processes using lean methods.
• Track KPIs and ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.
• Support DFMA reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and manufacturing/supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with quality tools, lab/test equipment, and documentation practices.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Naperville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
