Job Description

Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Project Manager for their Teaneck, NJ location.

Requirements:

Strong Traditional PM skills with HC experience

Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies

A basic understanding of claims processes is essential.

Strong experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs

End-to-End Project Planning & Delivery

Excellent Stakeholder Management (Senior-Level)

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

Budget & Financial Management

Governance & Reporting Discipline

Vendor & Contract Management

Communication & Executive Presentation Skills

Change Management

Team Leadership & Delivery Ownership

Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies

Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

It would be a great advantage if the candidates have previously worked in the Aetna Claims domain.

However, at a minimum, a basic understanding of claims processes is essential.
