Support commissioning and retro-commissioning projects and decarbonization assessments across multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, institutional, and community buildings Conduct energy audits, feasibility studies, and develop retrofit strategies to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions Perform functional testing of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify performance and identify optimization opportunities Assist in developing commissioning plans, testing procedures, and technical reports for new and existing buildings Evaluate construction documents and recommend improvements to indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and operational performance Develop technical solutions focused on electrification, heat pump technologies, and high-performance systems Manage and deliver multiple projects through stakeholder communication and coordination Support and mentor junior team members Deliver technical training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders The Energy Engineer - Senior should have the following...
