This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the numbers and the field and enjoys managing relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. What You'll Do: Prepare and manage electrical estimates and bids Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and field crews Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and timelines Resolve project and jobsite issues proactively Track multiple active projects simultaneously What They're Looking For: 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience Experience estimating and managing projects in the $1M-$10M range Commercial electrical or light industrial experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license Compensation & Perks: $110,000-$155,000 base salary $500/month vehicle allowance + gas card 100% employer-paid PPO medical coverage for employees and families Dental and vision coverage 401(k) with 3% company match 3 weeks PTO Paid holidays + day after Thanksgiving Flexible schedule with typical 7-8 AM start times Company Culture This is a team-first environment with long employee tenure, strong leadership support, and a work-hard, collaborative culture.
