To our company site in Netanya, we are looking for a Product Manager / System Engineer with a strong hardware background to join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced tactical systems. This position combines system engineering and product management in an organization that leads innovative technological development for defense and tactical applications - a role that directly influences cuttingedge solutions serving operational environments worldwide.

n this role you will

Be responsible for defining and owning system and product requirements based on operational, technical, and business needs

Collaborate with development, manufacturing, procurement, and business teams on product specification and characterization

Be involved endtoend across the product lifecycle - development, integration, validation, and production stages

Work closely with multidisciplinary development teams such as hardware, software, and systems engineers

Interface with customers to understand their needs and support product evolution

:Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field

At least 3 years of experience as a hardware engineer

Solid understanding of hardware and software development processes

Proven experience in hardwaresoftware integration from requirements definition through implementation, testing, and systemlevel integration

Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with development methodologies and project lifecycles

Basic knowledge of communication systems including RF fundamentals - advantage

System-level understanding and the ability to deep-dive into hardware-software integration across the product lifecycle Strong communication skills

Knowledge of dismounted infantry or tactical combat environments - advantage
