You will be the Systems Engineer Associate Manager for the Integration and Test team (ADI&T) which is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing testing on a software-intensive systems. The team is also responsible for integration of new capabilities into the lab environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading systemtest planning and execution for vehicle and mission system capabilities, while guiding a multidisciplinary Agile team from concept to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead systems test planning and execution for softwareintensive vehicle and mission systems.
- Manage and mentor a crossfunctional Agile team delivering endtoend capabilities.
- Collaborate with software developers and subjectmatter experts to diagnose, troubleshoot, and support program goals.
- Champion continuous integration and testing innovations to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Ensure thorough verification and validation of integrated system solutions.

Bachelors or Above Degree in Engineering/Technical DisciplineExperience with integration and test processes
Experience with planning, scheduling, and/or leading small teams. Experience with Systems Integration and Test
Proven Experience Developing and Executing Test Plans and Procedures
Working Knowledge of Aircraft Systems
Strong oral and written communication skills needed to lead multidisciplinary teams through planning and testing.
