Construction Project Manager

Project Manager candidates should have the following:
Knowledge of residential construction practices.
Complete understanding of how to read plans and specs and communicate discrepancies.
Be able to work within deadlines and coordinate project material and labor needs.
Be a team player with strong communication skills.
Be able to control project quality and costs.

We are also looking for individuals who are:
Experienced in the general construction trades
Proficient at reading blueprints
Ability to communicate with team members, suppliers, and different sub trades.
Computer literate with the ability to work in the field using technology

Experience and Tools:
Vehicle and valid driver's license
Proficient in basic computer skills
5+ years of in-depth construction experience
2+ years project management experience
