Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Redmond, WA. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from inception through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment and resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, change orders, and deliverables to ensure deadlines and financial targets are achieved.
- Lead project meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and provide clear direction to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, construction standards, permitting requirements, and quality expectations.
- Manage multiple active projects or project phases while maintaining strong documentation and accountability.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $128,921 to $166,348 per year.

- Manage construction projects for industrial facilities and infrastructure from planning through completion.
- Lead project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, change management, and project documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, compliance, and performance expectations.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar construction leadership role.
- Strong understanding of construction project management practices, field operations, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Familiarity with construction management software, scheduling tools, and project tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to safety, collaboration, accountability, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing industrial facilities, infrastructure, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including design professionals, contractors, owners, and vendors.
