Controls Project Manager

Looking for a Controls Project Manager in Fargo, ND. Join Our Client, a global leader in energy efficiency and building systems! We seek a pro with a Tech Degree, 2+ years of HVAC/controls experience, and PM skills to deliver successful on-site projects.

responsibilities:

• Act as the on-site project leader to manage control systems from hardware design and system programming to installation coordination, commissioning, and final closeout.
  
  
• Oversee all project financials, including costs, billings, and collections, while proactively identifying opportunities to sell change orders and maintain profitability.
  
  
• Provide clear work direction to technicians, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to safety protocols, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
  
  
• Serve as the primary customer liaison throughout all project phases, balancing financial goals with customer satisfaction, clearly communicating technical details, and ensuring proper warranty execution.
