Director of Engineering

Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing, multi-site food manufacturer to identify a Director of Engineering to lead capital strategy, plant engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives across their 10+ facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting significant growth, new equipment investments, and operational scale-up across all of this organizations 10+ sites.

Location: Position can be home based for someone currently residing in Wisconsin, or relocation provided and based out of HQ south of Minneapolis, MN
Direct Reports: Project Engineer
Reports to: VP of Engineering

Target Candidate:

• Hands on food manufacturing engineering exp.
• Strong mechanical engineering background.
• Dairy experience preferred.
