Lead Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Lead Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Lead Project Manager (Need Insurance experience)

What's the Job?

• Support coordination across multiple project workstreams to ensure seamless execution
• Develop, update, and maintain project playbooks, templates, and plans to standardize processes
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to mitigate project delays
• Maintain comprehensive project trackers, reports, and documentation for transparency
• Assist in preparing meetings, capturing notes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability

What's Needed?

• Basic project management knowledge with a focus on organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong ability to summarize and structure complex information for diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
• Comfort with tools like Excel, Teams, or SharePoint for project tracking and collaboration
