Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting the SRE team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems to support business operations
- Develop and implement SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, blameless post-mortems, and error budgets
- Generate and maintain critical metrics and dashboards to monitor system health and performance
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and automate operational tasks
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability and rapid incident response
What's Needed?
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in coding in any programming language
- Understanding of NALSD and ability to generate CUJs, SLI, and SLOs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical information to business stakeholders
- Experience supporting offshore teams and offshore support functions is a plus
