Mid-Level Electro-Mechanical Technician Fall River, MA $20-$26/hour Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Overview We are seeking a mid-level Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble and test custom electro-mechanical subassemblies and cable systems used in military testing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced, highly detailed, and non-repetitive environment. Responsibilities Assemble, wire, and build small- to medium-gauge cable systems (10-15 gauge) Perform electro-mechanical testing on subassemblies Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions Use hand tools such as wire crimpers, torque tools, wire strippers, calipers, and micrometers Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail for custom builds Work independently at your workstation while collaborating with a team of 20+ technicians Requirements (Must-Have) 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly or technician experience Soldering experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics Strong attention to detail and accuracy Nice to Have IPC-A-610 certification Assembly or soldering certifications Experience with ERP systems or electronic travelers Basic computer and documentation skills What to Expect Highly customized, non-repetitive workno two days are the same Hands-on role building specialized equipment for military applications Independent workstation in a collaborative team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fall River, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
