Responsibilities:
Build, wire, and assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and electromechanical subassemblies.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions.
Perform point-to-point wiring and installation of PLCs, relays, switches, sensors, indicator lights, and other control components.
Drill, tap, deburr, grind, cut, and prepare panel enclosures and mounting surfaces.
Conduct mechanical assembly and installation of electrical control systems and related hardware.
Update and mark technical documentation as required to support engineering change processes.
Troubleshoot wiring issues and verify assemblies meet quality and customer specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and support team training initiatives.
Lead assigned projects while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support overtime and production demands as needed.

Skills:
Technical Certificate, Associate Degree, or vocational training in Electrical Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in industrial automation, machine control systems, robotics, or manufacturing environments.
Experience leading projects or mentoring technicians.
Familiarity with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and manufacturing documentation processes.
Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety standards.
Forklift or material handling equipment experience.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
