Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team . In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining project workflows, tracking project health against strict deadlines, and managing the allocation of resources and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery .

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and track project schedules, tasks, and budgets, delivering regular progress reports to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are successfully met .

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to gather necessary equipment, resources, and critical information required for upcoming project implementations .

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, training requirements, and project management policies throughout the entire project lifecycle .

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 24 years of Iron Mountain experience in operations, or a closely related support role .

• Proven ability in task organization, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management
