Facility maintenance services company is seeking Team Leader / Project Manager
Part-time and full-time positions available

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Facility Maintenance Team Lead to join our team.
If you have demisted leadership skills through the military or working on a farm / ranch, you might be the perfect candidate

Responsibilities
Overseeing and working with crew of 2 -10 team members in facility maintenance tasks.
Working with the company owner to develop and implement daily and weekly game plans to complete work load
Ability to following safety and maintenance procedures.
Minimum of 1-4 years in a leadership position
Experience in leading / directing people
Capability to operate or learn to operate standard machinery and equipment
Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds or more.
Valid drivers license and ability to drive and back up a truck with trailer if needed
Openness to future promotion opportunities.
Please understand this is a small company that simply performs maintenance task at different facilities
One day you might be repairing a damaged fence and the next you might be cutting back vegetation.
Compensation
$28-$38 per hour to start. Compensation is based on skill and experience.
