Location: Nashua, NH

Our products help to enable theelectronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMsglobally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and arecurrently seeking a Signal Integrity Engineering Manager to join our High SpeedIO Cables team located in Nashua, NH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Signal Integrity Engineering Manager will help lead the high speedcopper-based I/O cable assembly design team and drive significant engineeringimpact in state-of-the-art datacenter, cloud, 5G, storage, enterprise I/Oapplications, with digital communication technologies and data rates currentlycharted up to 224Gbps/lane.

Communicating and working with customers and internal product managers tounderstand product requirements/performance specifications and convert thoseinto new product designs, production tooling, manufacturing processes,qualification testing, and the transfer to volume production sitesEnsuring the accurate and timely completion of engineering tasks forengineers within the groupDeveloping and driving product and technology roadmaps and communicating tocustomersOverseeing and mentoring engineering team, providing needed training andworking with team members to grow within the organizationCoordinating with peers and other engineering managers within theorganization to share best practicesSharing knowledge and pursuing continuous improvement in methods andworkflowsMentoring the engineering team to help each person grow in skills andcommunicationProviding solutions to customers across a wide range of sectors withhigh-speed data transmission requirements; identifying and resolving signalintegrity issuesSupporting Sales and Applications Engineers to develop strategies forproduct break-in at existing and new accounts based on signal integrity andelectrical engineering expertiseSupporting global factories for ramping up production; advising methods andexperiments of builds, measurements, establishing test limits

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Masters degree preferredExperience in Engineering Management, ideally within a Signal IntegritygroupExperience with engineering simulation and analysis tools, such as AnsysHFSS and Designer, CST MicrowaveExperience with engineering measurements and debugging, such as TDR, VNA,pattern generators, error detectorsExperience in component design and application of high-speedcables/connectors into communications equipment is a plus
