Work you'll do
As an Associate Vice President, Engineering Management on the Deloitte Cyber team, you will be responsible for driving Oracle Cyber pursuits, advising clients on Oracle-focused cyber solutions, and providing technical leadership across strategic engagements.
Advise clients on the strategy, design, implementation, migration, and operation of Oracle SaaS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance technologies
Serve as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders on Oracle Cyber offerings and Deloitte services
Lead technical solutioning for client pursuits and joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives to support business development and delivery quality
Develop thought leadership, including points of view and white papers, related to Oracle Cyber technologies and market trends
Coach junior practitioners and promote adoption of Oracle leading practices across project teams

Deloitte Cyber helps clients build resilience by aligning cybersecurity strategy, technology, and operations to business objectives. Within that practice, teams supporting Oracle Cyber solutions help organizations design, implement, and operate capabilities across Oracle platforms to manage risk and enable secure transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
10+ years of experience with Oracle technical solutions, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance
Experience advising clients on the implementation, migration, or operation of Oracle cloud technologies
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Experience leading client pursuits and proposal development for technology services opportunities
Experience serving as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders
Experience developing thought leadership content related to Oracle technologies
Experience leading training or enablement for junior practitioners
Experience managing multiple strategic engagements for large global organizations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
