responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive project reports, including weekly schedule tracking, fortnightly equipment status updates, and monthly financial recovery trends.
• Execute core administrative tasks, such as generating invoices, preparing estimates, and coordinating meetings.
• Conduct thorough research to assist and support cross-functional teams and various departments as needed.
• Monitor ongoing project milestones and consistently track and report on overall project progress.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager by efficiently and effectively completing all assigned operational duties in a timely manner.
