Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Asset Recovery & Disposal Coordinator to manage our client’s equipment lifecycle activities, including restructuring, logistics, and compliance, across multiple sites.

Remote – Phoenix AZ
Short term, full-time contract (W2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and respond to vendor/site queries via ARMS portal (non-technical)
• Manage documentation for equipment selection ( FMV evaluation, approvals )
• Coordinate with GEM and partners for warehouse pickups
• Execute FATO & FADO postings in SAP and manage project financial closure (cross-charges)
• Transfer assets between internal/external ARMS portals
• Oversee on-site disposal activities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain records: chain-of-custody, disposal certificates

Reporting Requirements:

• Weekly: Schedule tracking
• Fortnightly: Progress of all equipment status.
• Monthly: Financial recovery tracking & trends

Qualifications:

• SAP experience (FATO/FADO preferred)
• Background in logistics, asset recovery, or supply chain
• Solid communication and organization skills
• Willingness to travel for site oversight
