Engineering Technician

Local geotechnical drilling, engineering, and construction materials testing firm is seeking to add a team member to assist with Flathead Valley construction materials testing projects for Alpine Geotechnical. Willing to train the right person with the right combination of skills, work ethic, and attitude. Position requires a willingness to learn, dependability, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail. The work schedule is anticipated to be seasonal from mid March to Mid December, however it may develop into a year round position for the right person. After probationary period, employees receive paid time off, paid holidays, cell phone reimbursement, bonuses, and get the chance to work in a positive environment where people are valued and the company works as a team to delivery high quality results and recommendations to our vast and diverse clients. 401k with profit sharing after 1 year of service (minimum 1,000 hours per year of work required). Employer health insurance may be available, again, depending on the person and their contributions to the firms success. Work is local in the Flathead Valley, with very infrequent travel. No personal vehicle use is required, nor is CDL required. Drug screen and background check will be conducted, and random drug screens during employment will be conducted at employers discretion.
