Are you the kind of person who thrives at the center of the action? As Project Coordinator, youll be the driving force behind high-stakes engineering projects that directly shape complex electromechanical systems. This role is critical to keeping customers happy, teams aligned, and innovation on track.

• Be the customers go-to expert from kickoff to closeout

• Directly impact budgets, timelines, and technical milestones

• Join a collaborative, high-performance team in a custom engineering environment

• Use your creativity to solve problems and lead improvements

• Own project planning, scheduling, and risk management

• Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure success

• Drive contract reviews, technical submittals, and milestone billing

• Track KPIs like cost variance, delivery, and quality

• Support sales with technical input on RFQs and customer visits

• Degree in Engineering or Business

• Background in custom equipment involving electromechanical or fluid systems

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence

• PMP is a plus
