Design Engineer Jobs in Tennessee
A Design Engineer in the engineering industry is primarily responsible for researching and developing new ideas for products, systems or components, and creating both initial sketches and detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. They liaise with clients, manufacturers, and other professionals to understand design requirements, ensure feasibility of design, and oversee the production process. Design Engineers also test prototypes, modify designs, and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.

Additionally, good communication and collaboration skills are crucial for liaising with different stakeholders.
