Process Engineer Jobs in Maine

A Process Engineer, within the engineering industry, is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving industrial processes. They should have excellent knowledge of process related standards, experience in process simulations, and familiarity with health and safety regulations. A degree in Process Engineering or a related field is often required, while a Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial. Prior to becoming a Process Engineer, individuals might have roles such as Process Technician, Production Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer.
