Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, directing, executing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a project so it gets completed on time, and according to project scope. The Project Coordinator will perform a variety of duties in support of company projects, such as developing, maintaining and updating project schedules, status reports, coordinating with other project resources for project delivery and communicating due dates as required.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Develop and maintain general administrative project documents
- Build and maintain project documents (e.g.,RAID document and project plans).
- Produce and maintain any other project-specific documentation.
- Follow up to ensure reports/documents are received from team members.
- Provide concise updates to stakeholders.
- Consolidate reports from team members to facilitate development of presentations to senior management.
Minimum Education Requirements (must have documented proof*):
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and 1 – 2 years direct experience leading projects.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Critical experience and proven abilities include:
- Highly organized
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to prioritize work and operate under tight deadlines
- Strongly motivated and flexible, able to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop presentations

- Strong and proven coordination and project management skills

- Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of health care desired especially managed care operations.
Preferred Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and 1 – 2 years direct experience leading projects.
Preferred Experience Requirements:
- Project Management Institute (PMI) CAPM certificate preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Working Location/Working Environment/Physical Demands:
This role is hybrid with the expectation the candidate come onsite in the Westborough MA office 1 day per week.
