Engineer Tech Jobs in Florida
An Engineer Tech, also known as an Engineering Technician, plays a crucial role in the engineering industry by providing technical support to Engineers. As for skills, Engineer Techs should be proficient in problem-solving, have a solid understanding of mathematical and scientific concepts, and be competent in using computer-aided design (CAD) software. They should also be detail-oriented and have strong teamwork and communication skills. A diploma or an associate degree in engineering technology is generally required for this position, and professional certification, such as Certified Engineering Technician (CET), can be beneficial.
